For Attendees

The Sports Explosion is all about introducing you to, and providing you the opportunity to participate in, various sports and types of physical activity.  Dress accordingly so you can play and have fun!

Nope, the Sports Explosion is a FREE community event! Food and drinks will not be provided free of charge, but there will be concessions on site for a fee.

Yes, if you want to participate in any of the sports clinics, you’ll have to sign a waiver. Plan accordingly and show up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the clinic(s) that you want to participate in. If you are a minor, your waiver will need to be signed by your parent or guardian.

Anyone can attend the Sports Explosion. There may be minimum ages to participate in some of the clinics. If that’s the case, it will be noted on the Event Schedule.

Nope, no need to sign up! Just show up and have fun! You do have to sign a waiver though, so please plan accordingly and show up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the clinic/demo you want to participate in.

For Vendors

You will be provided with 1 table and 2 chairs. You MUST bring your own 10X10 pop up tent. If you don’t have one, we will provide for $25.

Your booth must be COMPLETELY set up by 9am. You can start setting up at 7am.

Yes. The event runs until 2p. All vendors are expected to wait until 2p to start breaking down their booth.

No, just because you request a demo/clinic, doesn’t mean you are automatically confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate all of the demo and clinic requests. You will receive email confirmation from the event coordinator once the schedule is solidified. This confirmation will happen by November 1st.
